• Book via website/phone/at clinic.

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• The clinic may reschedule appointments due to equipment maintenance, staffing, or safety conditions.

5) Fees, Payments, Promotions

• Fees are communicated during consultation and may change based on technology/products.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Promotions, vouchers, and gift cards are subject to their own terms (validity; non-refundable unless required by law).

6) Refunds & Adverse Events

• Medical services that have already been performed are typically non-refundable.

• If any issue arises, please contact us immediately for assessment and professional management according to our medical protocol.

7) Pre-Procedure Requirements & Contraindications

Clients are required to honestly declare their medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy/family planning status, and any recent procedures. We may request:

• Patch test (for laser/peel/product)

• Comply with pre- and post-treatment care (sun protection, skincare, preventive medication)

• Postpone treatment in cases of infection, open wounds, photosensitizing medications, or other contraindications.

8) Results, Risks & Informed Consent

• Results may vary depending on individual conditions; no absolute guarantee can be made.

• Your clinician will explain indications, alternatives, risks/side-effects (e.g., redness, swelling, PIH, purpura, rare complications).

• Sign the Treatment Consent Form before proceeding.

9) Teleconsultation (if provided)

Online consultations are for orientation purposes only; an in-person examination may be required before treatment.

10) Photography, Testimonials & Social Media

• Clinical photography (before/after) may be taken for records.

• We will only use identifiable images for marketing with your separate written consent.

• Testimonials reflect individual experiences; results vary.

11) Website Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, or data mining; upload malicious code or infringing/defamatory content; misuse our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content.

17) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City. Tòa án TP.HCM.
